She has that rare ability to see trends as they develop. Mary started investing in Real Estate in 2001 by buying, renovating and holding single family houses as rentals. In 2006 the housing market was turning and she saw the opportunity to sell at the top and relocate to paradise.
Originally from Richmond, VA., Mary would spend each vacation in the tropics. After relocating to Cape Coral, Florida, Mary is now living her dream. She can help you find yours.
